Hello!
I work with women who are doing their best—carrying the responsibilities, pressures, and expectations of everyday life while quietly feeling the weight of it all.
Maybe it’s the weight of unmet expectations, dreams that haven’t unfolded the way you hoped, or an ache you can’t quite put into words.
You just know something needs to change, and you’re ready to find a different way forward.
I came to this work because I’ve walked through it myself. I know what it was like to have things appear together on the outside while carrying a quiet ache, racing thoughts, and the lingering question, “Surely this can’t be it—there has to be more. Is there something wrong with me?”
Therapy became an important part of my own journey as I explored these questions. It gave me the space to slow down, make sense of what I was feeling, and learn I can’t think my way out of my feelings, even though I was really good at it! I learned my body was an experience to be listened to and engaged with instead of just ignoring her.
You’re dependable and capable—the person others can count on to keep things moving. From the outside, it looks like you’re doing just fine, but some days only you know how much energy it takes just to hold it all together. Maybe you’re more exhausted than you let on and quietly know you are not showing up the way you want too.
Hi, I’m Becky. I know what it’s like to picture your life unfolding a certain way, with certain boxes checked at the “right” time, only to realize life had other plans. Learning to make peace with the life I imagined and the life I was actually living wasn’t quick or easy. But along the way, I learned how to show up for myself and the people I love with more authenticity, compassion, and intention.
This was the deeper work—the kind that unfolds slowly over time.
I learned how appearing to show up came at a toll to myself and relationships. I learned to listen to myself and slowly found my way back to myself.
My work is deeply relational, honest, and grounded in what matters most to you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out here—you get to simply be human. Together, we’ll make sense of where you are and find a way forward that feels true to you.
I’d be honored to work together!
